La Na Club” took place on Sunday last in the hurling field and was a huge success. The event was organised by Roscrea Hurling Cub in association with Inane Rovers, The Cmogie Cub and the Juvenile Hurling Club. The purpose of the day was to mark 125 years of the GAA’s involvement in the local community. The Roscrea day placed a strong emphasis on young people and the organisrs were delighted therefore with the large attendance by the youth of the parish. A big thank you to the organising committee and all those involved in what proved to be a most memorable and entertaining few hours at St Conan’s Park.
