Roscrea I.C.A guild members gathered recently to celebrate one of their members achieving the position of National President of the organisation.Anne Murray was inaugurated as National President on the 24th of May at a function in the Red Cow Moran’s Hotel, which was attended by a large number of her fellow guild members.
There was much celebration locally on her achievement and the guild members honoured her with a beautiful meal in the Bistro, Roscrea, and a presentation of Tipperary Crystal to mark the occasion.
Anne has been involved in Roscrea ICA for many years. Her hard work and dedication has resulted in her attaining this most prestigious appointment. She will have the opportunity to bring issues relating to I.C.A women to prominence nationally over the next three years.
All her fellow guild members wish Anne the best of luck for the term of office and much success in her endeavours.
