Roscrea Gun Club held its prestigious annual Dog Show in glorious sunshine recently at the Mill House, Birr Road, Roscrea. A huge crowd was in attendance on the day, as people gathered from far and wide to enjoy what proved to be another tremendous and memorable event for the club and all those lucky enough to be present.
Indeed people even travelled from overseas to be part of the country's biggest working dog show this year. A lot of hard work and dedication went into preparing this year's event.
Unfortunately the club was not able to access what had become its traditional venue for the event at St. Anne's Roscrea, because of an anti hunt lobby from Britain.
Gemma Mackey and Josie Moloney pictured here enjoying the dog show.
Despite this however, the event proved to be a wonderful occasion and a big thank you to all the organisers, sponsors and those who made the effort to come visit us on the day.

A pet dog show was also held and proved to be very popular as a large and enthusiastic crowd attended the event. Overall the show seems to get bigger every year and a big thank you once again to all that contributed in any way to help ensure that the event goes from strength to strength.
