Edward Simmons (Left) from Roscrea Boxing Club was victorious recently against Connor Stack from Ennis Boxing Club. The exhibition tournament took place in Roscrea and all bouts were refereed by Danny Coppinger from Clonmel Boxing Club.
Congratulations to Michael Purcell who one was of numerous athletes from Roscrea to win a bout at a Boxing Tournament held in the Temperance Hall recently. Four clubs took part including Roscrea, Ennis, Our Lady Of Limerick, and Kilfinora. Michael was victorious over Martin Ruane who represented the Kilfinora Boxing Club. Danny Coppinger from Clonmel Boxing Club was referee.
